How can I track my order?

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch with tracking and insurance – ideal for urgent orders like competition parts.
  2. Free Economy Shipping (via EMS): Free on orders over $50, 15-25 days after dispatch – perfect for bulk orders or non-urgent needs.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally except to select remote areas in Asia. Our US warehouse location ensures fast delivery to North American customers while maintaining efficient international routes.
How long does order processing take?
Our RC-specialist team picks, packs, and dispatches orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For fastest delivery, we recommend ordering Monday-Thursday.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
Most delays occur during customs clearance. First, check your tracking information. If there’s no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll investigate.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We take great care in packaging your RC components, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email photos to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if needed.
